Weather: ☀️ but cold
Overall, This Campground Was: Great (neg. Right next to Mirror Lake hwy.)
We camped with: Mawk 6
Our favorite thing to do at this campground was: Fairy Garden Forest. #6 site is right next to the trail that leads to the "fairy forest" painted many rocks for our fairy house!
One thing we'll always remember about this trip was: shallow stream behind site, would be awesome during summer Lg trees for shade too
If we visited here again, we would be sure to: Same! Bring paints for rocks Brought scooters.

MUST rock scramble over water to get to fairy forest. Flat pathways once through. Playing charades! Fall colors beautiful (come few weeks earlier for bright red

Additional Details Tried Mirror Lake campground Sat. afternoon - all full - only 7 First Come First Serve. open - others 2 closed after Labor Day. Many others closed too, or limited spots.
parking on side of road avail. for Shady Dell, but limited.
Dark in eve to see stars - at 8pm!
